Q.: I have placed an order, but I don't receive any order confirmation in my email inbox. What should I do?

A.: Please check your spam folder and also add our email address (sale@icellparts.com) to your email's contact list so that emails from us won't be filtered to spam folder. If you can't locate the email at all, please email us your registered-email and phone, we will solve the problem instantly.

 

Q.: I registered an account with a wrong email or wanted to update my account email. What should I do?

A.: Please email us your name, current email address and the new email address that you would like to use. We can verify your account and update for you instantly.

 

Q.: How do I reset my account password and what to do if I forgot my registered account email?

A.: You can reset your account password on the sign in page. Just enter the registered email there, the message "Forgot your password? Click here" will show up, just click it and follow the on-screen instruction.

If you are still unable to reset your password or forget your registered email, just provide us any of these information (email, full name, full company name). We can manually reset the password and locate your account email after account verification.

 

Q.: What is the iCellparts.co.uk Newsletter?

A.: To stay connected and current on all information, such as special offers, new products, and industry news, sign up to receive our newsletter. You can do this by registering for an account or by using the link on the lower right of the homepage. 

 

Q.: How do I cancel my account?

A.: You can cancel your account by sending an e-mail to support@icellparts.co.uk. Your account will be reviewed and cancelled within 3-5 business days.

           

Payment and order

Q.: Where are the orders shipping from?

A.: All orders are shipped from Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom

Q.: How can I track my order?

A.: We will email you the invoice after we ship out your order. The subject of the email would be "Invoice #... from icellparts" or similar. The email has a PDF attachment file, which is the invoice. All information regarding your order is on the invoice, including the tracking number. You can copy the tracking number then track for the package at royalmail.com. Please add our email address sale@icellparts.com  to your email's contact list so that emails from us won't be filtered to spam folder. If you don't receive any invoice from us within 48 hours after you place your order, please email us your payment email address and/or the Web Order #. We will check on the status and get back to you ASAP.

 

Q.: Is it safe to use my credit card online?

A.: Absolutely! iCellParts.co.uk understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

 

Q.: When will my credit card be charged?

A.: Once your credit card is authorized, payment will be taken. A confirmation email will then follow, sent to the email address entered in My Account or in the Guest check out.  If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and you will be notified by a message on the screen that the authorization has failed. Please bear in mind that even if a payment fails to be authorized, some card issuers may still reserve the money temporarily.

 

Q.: What forms of payment do you accept?

A.: Icellparts.co.uk accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal for all orders.

 

Q.: Do you charge sales tax on any parts?

Icellparts.co.uk includes all the taxes in the price.

 

Q.: Can I cancel my order?

A.: Once your order has been processed/confirmed it cannot be cancelled. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Once you receive your order please contact us so we can issue you a RMA; this will allow you to return the order for a refund. If you have any questions please contact us at sale@icellparts.co.uk

 

Delivery

Q.: What can cause my order to be delayed?

A.: If the billing information you provided does not match what your credit card company/bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. You may also experience a delay if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address.


Returns And Refunds

Q.: The item I received is broken or defective. How do I return it?

A.: Please find the detail instruction of "Return policy".

 

Q.: The item received was not the right one!

A.: If somehow you have received the wrong part, we apologize for the inconvenience and want you to know this happens infrequently. We will get the right part out to you as soon as you bring it to our attention. However, if you have ordered the incorrect part, you are responsible for returning it to us safely in faultless condition. Once we have received the part back and determine it has not been used or damaged, we will send the new part out to you. Please make sure to verify you are ordering the exact replacement part required to fix your device.

 

Q.: Have you received my return?

A.: As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you have not received this email within 30 days of shipping your order back to us, please email icellparts.co.uk. Please make sure to obtain shipping confirmation from the courier you used to return your order and note the return label number for your own records.

 

Q.: When will I receive my refund?

A.: It normally takes 1-5 business days for your return to reach icellparts.co.uk. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment within 1-2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it could take additional time for it to post to your account.


Q.: I returned some defective parts. But I received them back as "non-qualified". Why?

A.: Sometimes, the 30-day-warranty on the part is voided because of installation marks/damages. So especially for LCDs or digitizers, before you install it onto the phone, please connect it to the board and test it first. If the item is defective, you can return it to us without voiding the warranty. If the test runs OK, then you can go ahead install it onto the phone.

 Q.: Are the parts you carry OEM?

A.: All of our replacement parts and accessories are from the original manufacturer and are subject to stringent quality control testing. Unlike many online suppliers, are parts are 100% brand new and original. We do not sell any refurbished parts.

Q.: Where can I get the tools I need to repair my phone?

A.: We provide comprehensive disassemble guides that list the required tools to repair your smartphone or tablet. We sell all the required tools at iCellParts.co.uk , along with chargers and accessories, for such brands as Apple, Samsung, LG, HTC and other.


Q.: What is OEM?

A.: An original equipment manufacturer, or OEM, manufactures products or components that are purchased by another company and retailed under that purchasing company's brand name. OEM refers to the company that originally manufactured the product. When referring to automotive parts, OEM designates a replacement part made by the manufacturer of the original part. In this usage, OEM means "original equipment from manufacturer". The antonym of OEM is aftermarket.
